Edgewood Center Pediatrics has been providing pediatric and adolescent care to the community since 1990. We currently have six board certified pediatricians and a board certified physician assistant from various backgrounds. We also offer lactation support through our certified lactation consultant. Working along with the physicians, our staff strives to provide the best possible care for your child’s developmental and health care needs.
Edgewood Center Pediatrics is now a Patient Centered Medical Home. Please familiarize yourself with the brochure below as we will be asking you to sign a registration sheet indicating you have done so.

If you have any changes in name, address or telephone number please fill out the patient update sheet below and bring the completed sheet with you to your appointment. In addition, we will be asking to copy your insurance card at your appointment.
